Comments from the Other Side - Nets 10/22/14

 Great way to end the preseason!  The Celtics looked pretty good.   Yes, the Nets were nowhere near full strength,  but still, I liked what I saw from the Celtics.   I had almost forgotten about that mugging from Bogans.  I guess he never did like the Celtics.  Maybe he threatened to throttle his teammates while he was in Boston and that's why Danny didn't want him around.  I love it when other fans have to admit how good Sully is. On to the regular season!!!  My favorites are in bold,  what are yours?

The Celtics by no means have a playoff team even but we are no match for them tonight Our lineup is so bad that it’s hysterical

I was listening to league pass radio but stopped as the Boston homer announcers just keep repeating how great Marcus smart is….blah blah blah

I don't care about the result. In fact I care about nothing that happens tonight …. But thank you Boston bench for giving me reasons to want to stomp you out during the regular season. You know when you’ll be lucky to crack 25 wins.

Boston is going to be very very nice in 2-3 years Rondo or high pick Sullinger Olynik Smart and Young that’s a darn good core to build around. Plus they have a boatload of picks they can always trade for impact players once they deem the time is now.

It's so cute how Gerald Wallace takes his layups now. Now he like stops checks himself and uses the glass.

This just Further proves how AVERY was such a bad coach and motivator. A Freaken 2nd year coach has given a vet like Wallace more confidence than freaken Avery "Little General" Johnson.

Wallace is still a scrub now. Being able to finish layups with no around him doesn’t change that.

It's one thing to suck But this team is making Gerald Wallace actually look competent offensively.

Ugh   watch this game become the game where 'Oh Marcus Smart is the next big thing he TORCHED the Nets'    Everyone just conveniently forgetting he’s playing our third string.

Just out of curiosity...how does Sullinger rebound as well as he does at a chunky 6-7 (at most)?

Looks chunky but he’s an absolute beast  strong as an ox.

Remember if Sullinger Had come out of college a year earlier he would have been a lottery pick.

Big backside long arms and big hands Kind of like Barkley without the athleticism tho.

Sullinger has been an excellent rebounder for a while now So his rebounding numbers aren’t really a surprise. Up there among the best in the NBA as an offensive rebounder.
