Comments from the Other Side - Warriors 1/25/15

I know this was a loss, but I'm very proud of the Celtics for how they played.  I loved all the comments from Warriors fans about how the Celtics never give up and how hard they play.  I also loved that they admitted how bad that foul call was at halftime and how the officiating had a lot to do with their win.  For a team that averages a 13 point margin of victory in their wins and have only lost 6 games,  I'd say a 3 point win for them with some bad officiating going their way all game was really a win for the Celtics.  My favorites are in bold.  What are yours? 



I'm expecting a big scoring output from Dray or Barnes LOLee will show up tonight. Will there be another ejection?

I called for the Sullinger ejection I think Green defending him will just piss him off enough wouldn’t blame him there

Can't underestimate the Celtics. Fitz reminded everyone on the pregame show that the Celtics beat the Blazers and Nuggets on this road trip already.

Matchup worries me a bit Their backcourt reminds me of San Antonio’s backcourt defensively (sans Parker) in that they have two players that can matchup to Curry/Thompson well

Celtics broadcasts along with Washington's are the opponent’s broadcasts I enjoy hearing over our own (unless it’s a historical night by Klay)

A bit too close for comfort I said it a few days back.. THIS GAME Not the Kings is the one that worried me as far as matchups. Two good defensive guards. Sullinger is a handful AND they are WELL COACHED

Calm the F down. Kerr knows our team is more talented than the Celtics -- if he wanted to blow this game out of the water he would keep the starters in for 40 minutes. Yes our bench is struggling to score, but that isn't the case for most of the season -- just let the game play out.

I feel like the Celtics have a physical presence And that has bothered us. But they’re not hitting enough shots to be really dangerous.

This is going to be a blueprint for how teams may choose to defend us going forward They are absolutely smothering us on the perimeter AND they are exploiting our interior on the other end. IF McHale had half the brains of Stevens HE probably would have NOT sat Montejounas and they may have taken at least one from us.

The Dubs are tired, played poorly and this is the result.

They were plenty rested. The Celtics' scrappiness/physicality coupled with some poor reffing made this a close game.
