Live Game Updates - Spurs 2/12

End first: After one quarter at the Garden, the much better Spurs are leading the Celtics by a reasonably decent total, 25-19. Now of course, I'd prefer the Celts be winning right now, but still, I'm not mad at the fact that they're currently trailing this one. They, as you all know, are huge underdogs for this contest, so the fact that they're even competing in it is enough of a success if you ask me.

Halftime: Halfway through this one, the Celtics are showing some serious courage, as they now trail the Spurs by just 4, 48-44. Now obviously, a two point turnaround isn't that big of a deal, but still, wouldn't you expect the Celts to give up by now? I mean, they're probably not gonna do anything meaningful for the rest of the season, so why try to win a game like this? Well, apparently for dignity.

Final: Well, this one's over. The Celtics, due to a bad fourth quarter in which they were out-scored 33-26, have lost to the Spurs, 104-92. So yea, unfortunately no upset happened in Boston tonight. That's fine with me, since the Spurs are an amazing team, but still, it would've been cool. Not earth-shattering or that rememberable by any means, but definitely cool.
