Comments from the Other Side - Trailblazers 1/21/17

 Two losses to struggling teams in a row.  Rebounding is still a problem as is defense.  If they don't figure the defense out,  they are going to continue to struggle.  They aren't even close to the defense they played last season and it's basically the same core.  I can't believe that Turner and Sullinger would make that much of a difference in the defense.  Maybe they need Avery more than we know.  It's always fun to watch a fan base cheering for losses and then realize they may win.  My favorites are in bold.  What are yours?

If I were Terry Stotts I think I would cry after this game. Our last 2 wins in the last mostly woeful several games: the Cavs and the Celtics.

Obviously, we only get up against the best teams in the league.

Boston wins this game 8 out of 10 times, but it's nice to see another team make mistakes and get bad breaks down the stretch of a game for a change.

Pretty much a built in schedule loss, and so naturally it's the one win on the trip. Maddening.

Maybe the best game of Meyers Leonard's career. Even in his "Legendary" series against the Grizz, he never made 4 straight triples in 1 game . . . Plus a couple of sweet dunks in traffic. OH MY!

Maybe Meyers has broken through the rookie wall at last.....

If that's true his sophomore slump will last a decade.
