Comments from the Other Side - Kings 12/2/16

Good win for the Celtics, although I would have liked a bigger margin of victory.   Horford was incredible in this game.  Everything we hoped for when they signed him.   Interesting that their fans dislike Cauley-Stein and Gay so much.  Wonder if a change of scenery would so Cauley-Stein some good since he is so young.  I love how they are pining for lsaiah back again, though.  My favorites are in bold.  What are yours? 



I cant remember the last time we DIDNT get blown out In Boston.

When we got blown out in Mexico City?

Game postponed due to large pools of clam chowder coalescing on the court. Things got really scary when IT was rushed to hospital after almost drowning in a pool of condensation.

Better than the pool of condescension he was drowning in in Sacramento.

Kings never win in Boston and to top it off, their margin of defeat is usually 15+ points so I don't expect that trend to change today. Also, Horford has been known to give Cousins a good run for his money and he has the size, length and strength to give Boogie a hard time.

The Celtics hustle like crazy.. they also have Marcus Smart who is a Vlade-like floppist. This game is a recipe for disaster

But this is another team where people have to be careful not to confuse them with last year's bunch. Many of the same faces, but injuries and new faces and they have not gelled the same way. Right now Boston has the #22 ranked defense in the league, with a DRTG of 108.6. We're #24 with a 109.2. The Boston crew last year that caused so many problems? A DRTG of 103.6, 4th in the NBA.

I wonder if IT still has a big chip on his shoulder Likely he has moved on from the Kings. And for him it is just one more game in the race for play-off positioning. It is us who haven’t moved on yet, and are still stuck with a giant chip down our gullet.

I have a feeling he is going to want to kill us tonight I would predict the Celtics win by 20+ points tonight. The Celtics are exactly the type of team the Kings usually lay down against because of their effort energy and perimeter defense.

I can only watch with the Celtics Home commentators.. Pray for me

I find Isaiah easier to root for (even in green) than the current squad in purple.

It's just not Kings basketball without a double digit 1st quarter deficit to dig out of.

Kings' 2nd unit is better than the Celtics 2nd unit.

The refs ignored Horford's illegal screen in the first quarter and a moving screen in the second quarter. But has called some ticky tack fouls on the Kings. Hmm..

Who stole Rudy Gays talent? Stop settling for clank midrange jumpers and go to the rack your freaking 6'9 and built like a tank!

Willie is lucky he didn't pick up a bunch of quick fouls. He's been out of position defensively a few times and caught contact.

Willie is awful :( legit only getting PT right now because we spent a 6th overall pick on him.

I am so ****ing sick of how every team in the league looks for the three-point shot as their first, second and third option. It's ugly ****ing garbage basketball.

There's zero chance Horford goes in a Cousins trade. That’s about as likely as Tom Brady getting picked for a Cabinet position.

It's like this organization has Stockholm Syndrome, only there's no captor. They have the gun in their hands and put it to their own feet, they’re so delusional.

In fairness, Cousins' 3pt shots do look less on accident this season.

During the first quarter when Kings were down 29-16, I thought this was in the makings of a blowout. Kings D much better now and do I dare say have a chance to steal a game against a good Celtics team?

Great, just great, our MVP center hustling and gets cut over the eye and has to go out while we have players like Rudy and WCS barely breaking a sweat out there making lazy plays and not being engaged into the game

I've always wondered what the difference was between a 7 footer like KG and a 7 footer like WCS was..? Is it drive? Passion, motor, how they were raised? What is the difference that makes a NBA player GREAT? What is stopping WCS from just going up and dunking it? Is he scared, is he not engaged?

How hard is it to come up with stops at the end of a game. If we got stops here we would still have a chance but nah let’s give up open 3’s you would think I would know better than let a silly thing like hope fool me.

I don't even like Isaiah Thomas, but somebody's head had to roll for that trade. I don't mean, somebody should have been fired, I mean someone should have been beheaded, live on the six o'clock news.

These are the types of games that playoff teams can close The Kings just are not good enough.

A playmaker outside of DMC would be nice to have Who was that short guy playing for Boston? I would love to have a player like him play on the Kings
