Tonight, the Celtics will again play the infamous Charlotte Bobcats. The only difference this time around is that now they get to play in front of people cheering for them. The fans should give them some much needed motivation so that they can finally try against a bad team. They can't lose this game. Here are tonight's five things:
5. KEEP GETTING CRAWFORD INVOLVED:
On Wednesday, Jordan Crawford had what was possibly his best game of the season with 12 points on 4/9 shooting. This guy has been a waste so far, and I really want this guy to contribute.
4. DON'T MESS UP THE FIRST QUARTER:
After the first quarter in their last game, the Celtics were trailing. They were actually trailing, at home, against the Raptors. They need to try in all four quarters, not screw around in the first.
3. WHY NOT GIVE BASS MORE SHOTS:
Let's face it, tonight's game is pretty much a guaranteed win. So, when the Celtics get their inevitable 20+ point lead, they should give the ball to guys who score less like Bass and Williams. It wouldn't hurt anything.
2. GET BRADLEY BACK:
In the last two games, Avery Bradley has not been himself. He's turning the ball over, he's missing shots, and he's not dominating on defense. They need him back before the schedule gets hard again.
1. TAKE YOUR TIME ON OFFENSE:
No stupid shots. No selfish shots. You are playing the worst professional basketball team in the country. If they lose this game, all the critics will again count them out and they will lose a ton of momentum.
Tip-off for this one will be at 7:30 pm ET. You can see it on CSNE.
