Tonight, the Celtics won a fun game over the Bulls 71-69. Brandon Bass led the Celtics with 14 in what was perhaps his best game of the year. It was nice to see him finally start scoring. This is the way the Celtics work; when one guy goes down, someone else steps up. It looks like Bass may be filling Barbosa's void.
Tonight's USOTN goes to the 3-point shooting of Jason Terry. Terry, while scoring 12 points, also shot 2/4 from three point range. Terry rarely has good nights and tonight wasn't much different. But, for tonight, expectations were lower. Therefore he didn't need to play amazing.
The Celtics will not play again until February 19 when they visit the Nuggets. The C's just beat the Nuggets Sunday night, and I expect them to complete the sweep. But, the game won't be played for a while. So I'll just get it off my mind until it happens. Thank you all for a great first 2/3 to the season, and I'll post again on Tuesday.
