12: Tonight, the 27-23 Celtics will visit the 11-39 Bobcats. The Bobcats currently have the worst record in the league and are just 6-19 at home. The Celtics, who have won 7 in a row, are a disappointing 8-14 on the road. However, they did win their last road game in Toronto. I fully expect them to win tonight by double-digits. I'm really excited for this one because I know they will win and I'll be in a good mood for the USOTN.
34: The Celtics didn't quite play up to their potential in the first quarter. They currently lead by the small margin of 26-24. Brandon Bass and Paul Pierce each have 4, while KG leads the way with 6. Leandro Barbosa has also pitched in 3. Jason Collins finally got some free throws, but made just 1/2.
18: The Celtics again didn't play amazing in the second quarter. But they still lead at halftime, 48-42. I have to say that I expected more from them, but it might just not be their night. Jeff Green currently leads the Celtics with 11 points. Kevin Garnett is second with 8.
55: What an embarrassing quarter. The Celtics came out in the third and were outscored by Charlotte 33-24. They now trail 75-72. If they don't win this game, they will lose the media's respect. More importantly, they will lose their confidence.
32: There it goes. The confidence, the momentum, and the bandwagoner fans. The Celtics, despite leading by 4 with a minute left, have lost to the Bobcats 94-91. Somebody should tell them that they were playing a D-League team. Their win streak has now been snapped at 7 games and they are down to just 27-21 overall. If they play like this on Wednesday against the Bulls, they will lose by 50.
