A somewhat short handed Red Claws team lost on the road 106-98 to the Reno Bighorns. Of note in this game, however is the debut of Doc Rivers' son Jeremiah, who has been on the inactive list since the beginning of the season with an ankle injury. Rivers finished with 6 points, 2 rebounds and 6 assists and only 1 turnover in 22 minutes of play in his first game for the Red Claws.
Micah Downs, who was one of the last cuts from the Celtics training camp and who is rumored to be on the Celtics' radar now, scored 20 points to go with 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. It's interesting to note that point guard Shelvin Mack, who is also on the Celtics' radar, received a DNP-CD.
