After tonight's tough win, the Celtics will travel to Charlotte tomorrow to visit the Bobcats. The Bobcats have a history of being bad, and that hasn't changed at all this season. As of now, the Bobcats are just 11-39 and last place in the eastern conference. Their record is also the worst in the entire league. But, they're still a pro team. You gotta try against them. Here are tomorrow's five things:
5. GET COLLINS THE BALL DOWN LOW:
I feel like tomorrow's game is a perfect opportunity to let Jason Collins come out of his shell. The Bobcats are a pretty small team, so Collins can probably easily score down low. Also, as I mentioned before, he's pretty good at shooting free throws.
4. GIVE BARBOSA SOME SHOTS:
Like I said, the Bobcats kinda suck. This is a game where everyone should get more opportunities. That includes Barbosa. He's got a great shot that goes in sometimes.
3. IMPROVE YOUR REBOUNDING:
I know that it was against the Nuggets, but the Celtics were still terrible on the boards. Denver easily out-rebounded the C's 65-51. This obviously needs to improve.
2. KEEP MAKING CLUTCH SHOTS:
We saw a lot of clutch shots made tonight. The most notable being Green's three in the first OT and Pierce's in the second OT. If they keep making these kind of shots, they will not lose.
1. DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE BOBCATS:
The Bobcats may look pathetic by the numbers, but they still can play. If you let them win, then they will. You have to treat this game like you would game 7 of the finals.
Tip-off for tomorrow's game will be at 7:00 pm ET. Live Game Updates will be available here.
