Horrible News: Rondo Has Torn ACL

Rondo didn't start against the Heat and word was that he was sent to the hospital for an MRI for a suspected hyperextended knee. Rondo is back in the building and the report is that he has a torn ACL. As can be expected, Rondo didn't want to speak to the media. That's a lot to digest for him. This changes everything for the Celtics at this point. Danny has some serious thinking to do about what direction to take the team in now. More news when it becomes available.

According to a team official, the four-time All-Star suffered the right knee injury against Atlanta in the fourth quarter on Friday. Thinking maybe Danny should give Delonte West a call.
