The Celtics played poor defense in the first half and couldn't hit a shot in the second half.  Seems like they can't play both offense and defense at the same time.   I disagree with the fan who said Doc should be on the hot seat.  He's proven that he's a good coach, although when the Celtics made their reputation on defense, it was Tom Thibodeau who was behind it, not Doc.  But still, Doc has proved that he can win.  I still have faith though that the Celtics are going to turn it around.  I've highlighted my favorites in bold.  What are yours?  

No way we win this. Celtics are in serious trouble now and they wanna use this game as a rebirth.

Well get ready for a rowdy BOS crowd that will be urging on a desparate Celtic team.

The Celtics are horrible. They can't rebound. They're not athletic. They're small. Unless they're outside shooting gets on track, I don't see how they beat us. They don't match up.


....and they're 17-times world champions including 2008!

The horrific, anemic Grizz offense that allows other teams to stay close even though they don't match up because the Grizz cannot punish them and make them pay for not matching up. Add the intangibles of the parquet floor, the leprechaun and that rowdy Boston crowd that will fuel the desparate Celtics and the return of Rondo and you have all the ingredients of a BOS win.

Pierce is like 80 and he is still better than Rudy.

I was really looking forward to this game but lately both C's and Grizz have STUNK

Why is everyone acting as if Paul Pierce never goes ISO against anyone or never hits these jumpers? He's one of the hardest players to guard in the whole league, he'd be doing these things against LeBron James, so cut Rudy abit of slack.

When a 35 year old (going on 36) wing player has the ball against a 26 year old wing player who is 2 or 3 inches taller and teammates are screaming "ISO, ISO!"....this is a bad sign.

The Celtics has been playing small almost the whole game with KG at the 5. We would be losing right now if BOS drained at least half of their open jumpers

KG is playing really bad.

Rondo shooting a three… Perfect ending there… Just wonder how that guy dropped 45 points on Miami last year.

Boston seems trapped in no man's land This isn’t a team that can contend, but it’s not a terrible team to win a lottery (unless NBA rigs it of course). Makes me a little sad but then it doesn’t.

Anyone who thinks Tony Allen's defense ain't all that great needs to be watching this game

This Celtics squad is very mediocre. I'm glad Grizz have gotten a little separation, but I'm a little concerned with the way our starting 5 started out.

Celtics are painful to watch. They never sucked this hard.

If the game of basketball could last 3 periods, the Grizz would be world beaters.

As for the Celtics, Doc Rivers should be in the hot seat. This team has not an intense defense anymore… Rely too much on the 3’s and have lost 4 straight games by double digits.
