Melo Leads Red Claws Over Stampede 108-94 (VIDEO)

Celtics Center Fab Melo had another strong game to lead the Red Claws over the Idaho Stampede 108-94. Melo followed a historic triple double in his last game with 32 points (12-21, 9 rebounds, and 9 blocks. Melo is definitely playing well and is developing quite well with the Red Claws. Training camp invitee Micah Downs started in place of Kris Joseph, who is back with the Celtics, finished with 11 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals.

Xavier Silas started at the point, replacing Shelvin Mack who had been called up to the Washington Wizards. Silas finished with 10 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals for the Red Claws while Mack started for the Wizards tonight scoring 6 points to go with 6 rebounds and 7 assists.

The Red Claws have back to back games against the Sioux Falls Skyforce on Friday and Saturday with both games starting at 8:00 PM ET. You can watch the games on the Red Claws website here.
