The Celtics lost last night in Brooklyn without Rondo. I think, because of that, they
get an exception and the loss is okay. I expected them to win but let's be honest, Celtics fans were spoiled with those two road wins that could've easily been two losses. Tomorrow, at 12:30 pm ET, the Celtics will host the Toronto Raptors. Here are five things that the Celtics must do to win tomorrow.
5. BETTER FIRST HALF:
The Celtics played terrible in the first half last night. They trailed by eleven at one point, came back tie it, then fell behind by nine at the break. They could never fully rebound from that bad play and it resulted in their fourth loss of the year. They probably won't be down by nine to the Raptors, but it's something to focus on.
4. HOPE RONDO PLAYS:
Rajon Rondo is probably the Celtics' most valuable player. They were kind of lost last night without him, and are always better when he plays.
3. HOPE GREEN SHOWS UP:
Green can shoot. Nobody will deny that. I like him, and I wish him the best. But he is off to a horrible start. I'm starting to lose faith in this guy. PLEASE SHOOT BETTER, GREEN.
2. DON'T BE INTIMIDATED:
The Raptors are one of the weaker NBA teams, but that doesn't mean that the C's can go easy on them. Stay focused and treat it like game 7 of the NBA Finals.
1. OUTSCORE THE RAPTORS:
This is always the number one thing. If you score a smaller amount of points in basketball, you will lose. All they have to do is score one more point, I know they can do that.
Tip-off will be tomorrow at 12:30 pm ET from the TD Garden in Boston. As always, coverage will be available right here at Celtics Green. You can see coverage from me at Panktics Blog(see C'a blog list).
