We know that Jason Terry has said several times that he is pretty confident in this team and that he feels that they will win it all this year. Rondo has said that this is the best roster and most talented team since he's been here. And, I'm assuming that means the championship team included.
He feels that if every one buys into the system, the sky's the limit. So far, getting the team to buy in hasn't been a problem. They all flew out to LA to work out together and bond before camp started. The young guys have been in town all summer working together. Some of the new guys, along with Rondo, have been working out in Waltham since the beginning of September. They are bonding and developing chemistry.
The players have all expressed their faith and admiration for Doc as a coach. Obviously, they are all hard workers. Even Kevin Garnett has been impressed with their work ethic. I don't see any problems with them buying into the system. I would add another condition to Rondo's. If this team can stay healthy, the sky's the limit. And, after all they went through last year, I'd say they are due to have some luck in that area this season.
