Yesterday, I posted a photo of Rondo and KG partying with Snoop Doggy Lion or whatever his name is. Today we have updates on a few more Celtics and what they are up to in this offseason.
Avery Bradley has been rehabbing his two surgically repaired shoulders, but he has also been out giving back to the community. First up is a video of Avery joining with Cedric Maxwell in visiting children at Children's Hospital.
Next, it's Avery and Max again unveiling a home court makeover for the Dill family of Monson. The pair will also help unveil home court makeovers in North Andover for the Heim-Richards famil and in Lawrence for the Almanzar family later in the week. At each stop they put on a basketball clinic for 100 local children. Avery looks very anxious to get on the court and play.
Next up is Brandon Bass who is in China putting on basketball clinics and meeting with fans there. No videos, but here's a couple of pictures that were posted on Twitter by @NBA.
Finally, Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo will join David Stern and Michael Jordan and various other NBA and WNBA players in putting on a fundraiser for the current president. There will be a shoot around at New York's Chelsea Piers sports complex and a $20,000 a person dinner.
I agree also Lex. It is not only that he clamps down on an opponent's primary scoring position, but he actually retards their entire offense by altering the flow, impeding movement of the ball, and disrupting timing.
