Another day, another game against an "elite" team. Boston hasn't looked quite as good this season as they did in the previous two, but they are still very, very dangerous. The good news is that the anchor of their defense, Kendrick Perkins, probably won't play today. The bad news is that Tony Parker is still hurt, and he has been sorely missed in the games against elite teams.

Anything’s possible. Like, beating the Cavs and Celts in a row.

With the boorishhFinley on them they are suddenly THE hated team in the East - please kick their @#$s Spurs.

This place will have a meltdown if Finley has a good game..there will be people asking why the Spurs traded him, even though the majority of us have wanted him gone for years

Personally...just to mess with pop's head a little... I would like to see somebody...give Finley a hard, hard flagrant foul

Pop needs to play Bonner. He had his best game last year in Boston.

Spurs shooting 32%, but only down 4. Either they can continue to hang around, or they'll be down 15+ at halftime at this rate.

I don't have a good feeling about this game. Tim is taking bad shots. Hill is being passive and RJ might have lost his rhythm after the 2 fouls.

Maybe I'm too much of an optimist, but I sort of feel better about games when the Spurs start out sluggish and then claw their way into the game. It seems that much of the time when they start out strong they fizzle in the second half.

I hate these "All-Bench" line-ups playing extended minutes. Can't wait for the playoffs to stop watching these units on the floor.

Garnett is always fired up to play Duncan, yet for some reason it's seemingly not the other way around. Duncan needs to take charge offensively, bad knees or not, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Those 5 bench players units Doc likes to play throw the team out of sync, especially with Perkins and Daniels out. With a more conservative rotation the Cs would be comfortably ahead, I think.
