I couldn't resist taking a peek at what was going on around the Cavs boards when I saw that they lost to the Raptors. It seems that a lot of Cavs fans are ready to jump off the bandwagon after just 2 losses. After their arrogance of last season, dancing while beating the depleted Celtics, this exercise in humility was due.

People definitely overreacted last night. We played one of the top 4 teams in the league and they're not dealing with the transition we are. They have the same starting 5, and a lot of the same bench. They played really well last night and they're defense was very good. 90% of the rest the league will not put up a fight like that.

I espect a win tonight as well. Cavs will be fired up wanting to shut everyone up

Do you really count a win on a team who are weak like Raptore.

Did anybody else see that little jig that LBJ was doing when Toronto was shooting FT's? I just got the game to work and I see LeBron dancing by the sidelines in front of some fans.

Wow. Nothing is falling tonight. It seems like we're toying with them and while we're toying with them, they're hittin EVERYTHING just like the Celtics last night.

We are making this team look like a contendor. I understand waiting for this team to gel but the raptors, really?

The way its looking we might be saying this for awhile. I know that these are all new starters but when the Celtics acquired Kg and Allen they didn't miss a beat and started hot. I'm not going to buy this "takes time to gel" nonsense. These guys are professional athletes, what have they done in practice? They do not look like a top 3 team in the East

The cavs have been figured out mike brown has to change his defensive scheme and our offense is terrible MO only had a good season last year because nobody knew he was good. But then now that people know who he is they are actually guarding him and also he hasnt gotten better from last year.

The Z and Shaq together experiment has to be over. That is what killed the Cavs badly defensively in the second quarter.

Mike Brown always looks like he's trying to over-coach on every possession instead of letting the guys just play. It makes our offense slow and lazy.

Everything looks in shambles. Offense is direction-less as ever. Interior D is awful. And worst of all, LeBron still cannot jump.

Raptors have a more talented roster except for one player. To say its just us isn't very accurate.

Can't say enough what a disappointing effort this will have been tonight. In spite of a pretty impressive comeback this team is just not mentally tough enough to stick with it.

Gonna be honest, not a huge Shaq fan at this point in his Cavs career. Looks out of shape and disruptive to our already weak offense.

Sorry but to blame Brown without acknowledging the front office is unfair. Everyone wants to blame Brown for having to deal with a very awkward and incompatible roster.

As long as Mike Brown is at the helm, the Cavs aint winning any championships. That much is clear.

Remember when we were all convinced Shaq was in the best shape of his career? That was funny. 2 games in, I know, but there's a reason people who know basketball were critical of the Shaquisition.

Shaq and Z both looked OOOOLLLLD and slow. Only time they looked good when was both of them were out of the game. I'm really hoping Shaqs hops pick up as this season moves forward because he has missed lots of layups.

something seems off with Lebron. Sick, slower, weaker...something. Noone on this team seems to have much fire right now.

This team, coach and FO are pathetic. We need to melt this team down and start again, keep only shaq and lebron. New coach, gm, scouts, whoever is failing in our draft choices, everything.

Seems like Orlando and Boston remembered that they're elite. The Magic dropped 120 on a potential playoff team, and Boston is up by 24 points. And we're looking at 0 and 2.

In other news, Boston is blowing out the bobcats by 26 points and the Magic won over Philly by 14 with no starter playing over 30 minutes. Are we officially worse than Boston and Orlando?

Blaming Mike Brown is such a cop-out. He is not the problem right now, watch the game with any basketball knowledge and you would see that the execution is extremely lacking right now. This team is supposed to pride itself on defense and they are getting killed on the defensive end of the floor, particularly in transition. Stop blaming Mike Brown when his players aren't executing, committing stupid fouls, dropping passes out of bounds, throwing ill-advised passes, and taking terrible shots are much less coaching and more so execution.

There is no possible way this roster could beat a healthy Boston, ORL, or LA in a 7 gamer

This roster minus LeBron is close to talentless.

Can someone forward LBJ a tape of all his garbage 3 pointers in situations that weren't needed. He seems to own that part of the game. Last night he did about 2-3 times. The last being at the most crucial part of the game.

How is it that our team has all average or above players this year (except Gibson, JJ, and the bench warmers) and we are relying on LeBron more than ever?

Anyone else notice the lack of heart out there? Someone else mentioned the team thinking they are better than everyone else and I agree to an extent. They don't seem to be playing with the same passion and heart as last season. Puzzling considering they should be playing with more than last season after the way it ended.

We just got dominated by the Toronto Raptors, and have lost 1/8th of the amount of games we lost last year...before November even starts.

As mad as we all are, do not forget that we started last season 1-2.

Fact Cleveland fans should take to heart right now: Orlando lost its first two games last year to Atlanta and Memphis

And they lost in the Finals. Don't make us bear another heartbreak like that.

If we lose against Minnesota it may be time to just bring West back, period. In fact, that time may have come already.

I don't think people are freaking out because we're 0-2, but because of how we're 0-2. Shaq has been meaningless in the 2 games aside from a short stretch yesterday, and our defense looks about the same as it did against Orlando in the playoffs.

To me there are a lot of fixable things (defensive effort), however the glaring exception is that we are not turning back the clock on Shaq and Z. These two really seemed to have lost a few steps this year and teams are going to continue to exploit that both by running and utilizing the pick and roll. I don't know how you fix that.

If you're counting on Delonte to turn this team around, don't get your hopes up, i can't imagine him re-joining us anytime soon, if at all. Too many mistakes into short of time, and I'd rather have a team that doesn't depend on somebody as undependable as him.
