Anyone else find it hilarious that Marbury has a tattoo on his head, of a defunct company that sold $15 basketball shoes?

He should have it redone to look like a Celtics logo, a soon to be defunct basketball franchise. Might as well keep with the theme.

I'm predicting a Cavs win here, right now we're just better and can close out tough games as of late too. Plus, Joe Smith's pearly whites will be too distracting for any Celtic ballhandler. Sparkle, sparkle.

Them having Steph is such a security blanket for me. I just love knowing he's on that team not doing a very good job.

I'm sick of the Celtics fans saying starbury is a better pickup then Joe smith. I tell you I was fightng with them for hours on that and MO is better then rondo.

Speaking of House, he and Starbury apparently do not like each other. I was reading another forum, and a poster asked why they were not friends, and why they didn't like each other. I didn't really read the responses, but wouldn't it be amazing if they got in some scuffles and ruined the Celtics. Maybe Starbury and House can get traded to the Lakers in the off season.

The Celtics swarming defense is a little ridiculous... The league needs to look into it...

Of all people to boo on the Celtics, I'd put Marbury near the bottom of the list.
Garnett, Pierce, Perkins would be the top 3 (order can be debated).

I forgot all about Mikki Moore being on that team as well. He definitely is on my ten most hated players in the NBA list also. Man do they have a ton of guys I cant stand.

The only thing Boston will win is the all ugly team,cavs should and better beat them handily.

This is gunna be a straight-up SLUGFEST!!! If any of you think we are gunna "Cruz" by the Celts, think again. I'm sure they're determined to upset us without KG in the lineup. If Pierce cannot get it going early, they have no chance. However, I think he will definitely get 30+ just b/c he can and will. I'll bet Lebron doesn't score 30 points, but the rest of the "James Gang" will show up.

Can't wait to see Joe back in action in a Cavs uni. I never wanted him to leave and it's only fitting that hes back and that hes going be key in this game and our playoff run. IMO we will win by at least 10. Without KG they're no match for us

Attack Glen Davis. That should be the early tactic. I believe he'll go against Andy first off, so lets get some pick and rolls and make Davis make decisions. Usually he'll come up with the bad one. If he is tagging Z, then go the pick and pop with the occasional post up. He is there major weaklink defensively.

My prediction, Big Baby cries, they push him around in the magic wheelchair for a few, then he is all better.

Honestly I think Cavs get the win but Marbury gives us a handful which could be a problem later on...I think he'll be a big problem for us.

All this talk on ESPN about how Cavs MUST beat a KG-less Celtic team. They failed to mention that a Z-less, West-less Cavs team destroyed the C's earlier. Sick of this Boston media love-fest.

You know, Glen Davis and Leon Powe are both restricted free agents this summer.
Maybe we should offer them both the MLE this summer. If Boston declines, then we get an important rotation player while Boston loses an important rotation player. If Boston matches, then we cripple them from a salary standpoint, send them far into luxury tax land, and reduce their capacity to add any more help.
I like it. We're probably going to give Andy a big contract this summer, and Glen Davis, who will come cheaper, kicked Andy's ass all over the court during the first quarter. So why not?

We're not contendors with this front court. It's just not happening this year guys.

Why is ESPN kept on replaying Lebron's miss dunk. They didn't show Perkin's miss dunk over and over again

Because even a missed dunk by #23 is a million times more interesting than any highlights by the Celtics.

I have to give props to Pierce he gave it his all and ultimately wanted it more from the looks of this game. We did want this game. This worries me a lot, we cant play defense against the bests teams even with one of their star players out. Not only do we not play good enough defense we are like deer in the headlights on

The Celtics are a better team than we are. They get more from their bench/role players, and they have 3 unstoppable forces that can take over at any time
I was wrong thinking that we will defeat them this year. I don't see us winning in their building, and I saw their intensity simply overwhelm us.
We had every reason to show them something tonight, and all we showed is that we are still second best. This is hard to swallow

If we don't get home court in the East, we're not getting to the Finals. They are just as good at home as we are. On top of that, they may be cocky but look at that swagger and intensity they play with. We need that, we need to show that.

Two L's to the Lakers, two to Boston, one to Orlando. One win in Cleveland, when Boston was in a real struggle 1-6, against the top three teams in the nba. That's a pretty big red flag, and all them L's are on the road. Again, it's something that definitely causes for concern, big time.
