Giddens and Walker Recalled

The Celtics have recalled rookie guard J.R. Giddens and rookie forward Bill Walker from their D-League affiliate, the Utah Flash.
Giddens appeared in 13 games for the Flash and averaged 17.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.2 rebounds, 1.46 steals, 1.54 blocks (a team high), in 37.6 minutes per game. Giddens missed 2 games with a wrist injury.
Walker appeared in 15 games for the Flash and averaged 18.7 points (a team high), 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.33 steals in 30.5 minutes per game.
This may be just what the Celtics need to get themselves back on track. Some fresh legs and a couple of players with something to prove. I doubt we will see them against the Cavs, but they could be available to give the starters some very much needed rest.
Tony will not make the trip to Cleveland or to Toronto and will stay home to rest his injured ankle.
