All this "KG has a big mouth" garbage is just that.

The reason this team is so good is because KG is such a great leader, and part of that leadership comes from his mouth.
 

I completely agree. KG's leadership is the one intangible that can't be measured, but is a big part of this team. He rarely relaxes when he is on the bench but is always yelling out encouragement and instructions to his teammates. And, he works hard enough himself that his teammates respect and listen to him.
