JR Giddens sat out the 114-108 win over the Reno Bighorns with a sprained wrist. Gavin Grant got the start in his place and made the most of it. Grant scored a game high 28 points on 10-16 shooting to go with 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. If Grant continues to play like this in Giddens' absence, JR's starting spot may be in jeopardy.

Bill Walker played 33 minutes in this game after leaving the last game after only 7 minutes with a strained neck. Walker finished with 18 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks.

With the Holidays upon us, I was dreadfully behind on everything and really needed the 3 plus hours I spend on the links to get caught up. As soon as I get my holidays under control, the links will be back. Used to be I had plenty of time but now that I am tutoring 2+ hours a night, when other things like holiday preparation pop up, I am swamped pretty easily.
