Fiddlin' and Diddlin' - Daily Links 12/3 Wednesday, December 3, 2008 by FLCeltsFan 9:50 AM Herald Celtics have revenge on mindFL's Take: Several things work in the Celtics' favor tonight. One, they won't underestimate the Pacers twice and will be up for this game. Two, they are playing much better now than they were the second game of the season. Third, the Pacers played an emotional game last night and had to travel afterwards. Now it is like a game as to who can give out the most T's to the Celtics. The ref who gave perk his 9th was ignoring a goal tending call that he should have made to call the tech on Perk. I really think they are just looking for an excuse now and that is truly a shame. Pierce should be included in the MVP candidates. Ah well, like the Celtics of old. This team is playing for wins and a championship and not for individual honors. Humble LamarLakers have played only 4 games away from Staples FL's Take: Last year when the Celtics started with a fairly easy schedule that was mentioned in every other article about why they still weren't that good and why they were ranking the Lakers over the Celtics in the power rankings. The Lakers' schedule has been easier than the Celtics' was last season and yet no one mentions it and the Lakers have been consistently ranked above the Celtics. Meanwhile the Celtics have played a grueling schedule in November and that doesn't get much mention by the so called experts, either. The Zen mistress and his inner child O-bie, O-bie!
