Calling Mr. Miles, its time for you to make your statement that you are truly healthy and capable enough to be a key piece off the bench for this team. We are aiming to repeat as champs and teams will come at us hard--we need consistently productive players, not wishy washy guys who appear and disappear without a trace.
I started out the preseason by saying that Miles would be a key member off the bench, if healthy. I was under the impression that he wanted to redeem himself and resurrect his career. I may still be right, but so far this preseason, there's been hardly any buzz surrounding Miles (positive or negative). He doesn't have much time to prove his worth, so its best for him to take destiny in his own hands and make the most of his minutes on the court (like Bill Walker).
C'mon Darius, you still have a fighting chance to show you still have game. Don't let it slip through your fingers. We certainly can use a tall and lanky SF like you.
