FL's Take: The players are in town. It is one week until training camp. You would think that the Boston papers would be doing some real reporting as to how Perk's shoulder is doing, how the workouts are going, who all is in town, etc.

FL's Take: Without a doubt, defense wins championships. I am glad no one snapped Thibodeau away from the Celtics because he is one of the best defensive minds in the league. I hope that the team once again commits to playing defense as they did last season because that will go a long way toward repeating.

FL's Take: I'd say that Leon Powe has one of the biggest hearts in the NBA because of where he came from and who he is. I can't wait until Tommy gets to the "I Love Leon" point that he got to with Waltah.
