Celtics Sign Giddens

According to the Globe:

Celtics draft pick J.R. Giddens agreed to a two-year guaranteed deal with an option for another two years with the club on Thursday. The 30th overall pick in the first round of this year's NBA Draft will begin working out in Waltham at the team's training facility next week. The former New Mexico star averaged 16.3 points and 8.8 rebounds as a senior last season. The Celtics also still have a second round pick that's unsigned in guard Bill Walker.
"He's pretty darn excited to be a part of their team," said Aaron Mintz, Gidden's agent.

Even though Bill Walker has yet to be signed, according to Marc Spears, he has been working out regularly in Boston. Hopefully, Danny will get him signed soon as well.

I think it will be scoring by committee with everyone picking up a bit of the load. Gabe Pruitt is a very good shooter if they give him a chance. House, Scal, Tony Allen, Walker, Giddens.... any or all.
