FL's Take: I can see trying to save money by bringing in players for the minimum, but messing with the Celtics' chemistry is dangerous if they want to repeat. House and Posey were both very crucial to this championship and should be brought back even if it costs more.

FL's Take: I love Perk. He was playing in pain for a portion of the season and definitely for the playoffs but still was a huge difference maker. Anyone who believes he wasn't should just watch game 5 of the Finals and see what happened when he wasn't there.

AZ Republic Flagrant foul: Stern should step down
FL's Take: I agree that Stern should step down. The NBA needs some fresh blood at the top. I honestly believe that the ref scandal sits firmly at Stern's feet and wouldn't doubt the rumors that word came from the top to influence games. I also think that Stern has fixed lotteries to serve his own purposes. I don't trust him and feel that the NBA would be much better if he was replaced.

FL's Take: I love this. Ray is a very classy guy. All the talk about trading him should go away. He has earned the right to try to repeat as a champion as one of the big 3.

I was reading the comments left by you and Matt over on my blog, and it occurred to me that maybe all celtics related media should just go on strike until Danny signs posey.

To be honest, it wouldn't make me happy to sign him for 4 years, but I guess the Cs could just eat the last year of the contract.

Garnett is signed for 4 more years. So we might as well add posey for the same length.
