An explosive situation
FL's Take: I was proud of the way the Celtics handled themselves in this game. When Williams threw Rondo to the floor with that hard foul, Ray rushed over and instead of going at Williams as some players would have, he bent to see how Rondo was. And when ZaZa went after KG after his pick flattened him, KG stood with his arms across his chest and didn't take the bait.

FL's Take: But he did it with a lot of help from Tom Thibodeau. It is the defense that makes this team so good.
Center’s big first quarter Perks up mates
FL's Take: I have been one of Perk's biggest fans since his first season. I have been telling anyone who would listen that Perk was going to be a very good center. Many times I was told that I was crazy but Perk is proving in this series that he is indeed a very good center. Last night, he set the tone in this game right from the beginning. He would have bigger numbers, but he sticks to the role that Doc has given him and that is defense. And, on defense last night, no one was better.

FL's Take: I truly believe that Williams isn't a dirty player. His response after the game proves that. He is a young player who got carried away in the heat of the game.
