FL's Take: Like I said in the Thoughts article, the Celtics are averaging only 1781 more fans than last season. Not bad at all.

FL's Take: I know that Thibodeau is going to be lured away for a head coaching job somewhere. He has earned it and that is probably the reason he insisted on a 1 year contract last season. FL's Take: I just love Perk's response. I can imagine that there will be a good share of Celtics fans at the Atlanta home games.

FL's Take: KG deserves the MVP, but we all know he won't get it. This award is probably better anyway because it was the defense that has characterized this team all season and it will be the defense that wins the championship.

FL's Take: This is definitely a bad decision on the part of Stern and his minions. Haywood made no play on the ball and could have injured LeBron. If there is no suspension it sends the message that you can make a dirty play and get away with it. I hate Washington's tactic of hard fouls every time LeBron goes to the hoop. You can play good defense without trying to hurt a player. I don't want to play Washington for that reason. The team that comes out of that series is going to be plenty tired, that is for sure.

FL's Take: Perk doesn't get near enough credit for what he does. His efforts don't always show up in the box scores but are just as important as the stats that do. It is often because of Perk's efforts that his teammates succeed in what they do.

FL's Take: This is the difference between the Pistons and the Celtics this season. For the Celtics, they look at every game as a must win. The fact that Chauncey doesn't feel that the second game of a series that they are down 0-1 is a must win is pitiful. If they lose the series, it is this attitude that will be their downfall.
