FL's Take: I guess the media is trying to drum up some mojo for Tony as there were 5 major articles on him in the media today. Seems like everyone is concentrating on Tony. He could be a force in the playoffs if he could just get that focus and confidence back that he had just before his injury. He could be the X factor in the playoffs.

FL's Take: I have never liked Pat Riley going back to his days with the Showtime Lakers. I just never liked him. I like him even less now. What amazes me is that he can bench his best players and then just stop coaching and go scout the NCAA's without an uproar. The Celtics last season played hard. Pierce even came back and played hurt and yet, they came under fire for tanking. Why isn't there at least the same outrage over the obvious tank job the Heat are doing?

FL's Take: I have mixed emotions about this. I have read where his dad took off and left the family when Perk was young and he was raised by his grandparents. Perk's dad wasn't there for him when he was growing up and it seems a bit late now to try to be interested in his life. But, good work by the guys at Perkisabeast for getting the interview.
