Herald West test awaits C's FL's Take: The Celtics have a very tough week ahead. The Spurs are coming off 3 losses, are fighting for playoff positioning, and will be highly motivated. The Rockets are looking for their 23rd win in a row and have been playing inspired basketball. The Mavs are fighting for their playoff lives and are highly motivated. The Hornets are also fighting for their playoff lives. All of these teams have been winning with defense and the Celtics will need to bring their defensive intensity and come ready to play or it could be a long week. Rockets streak into 1st place FL's Take: I watched this game and the Rockets are tough. They were unconscious from beyond the arc. They are also playing good defense. Udoka in but Allen may miss Spurs tilt Star Tribune Lottery or no, Wolves won't mail it in FL's Take: I really love Big Al and Gomes still. They have too much integrity to mail it in. I would love to get either one of them back in Boston. Gomes will be a free agent this off season and I imagine he would love to come back home. Danny should make an offer. Jones on the NBA Advice to Gerald Green: Have your agent call Joe Dumars Human Victory Cigar The best players so far Lex Nihil Novi Let's strip Bird of his MVPs FL's Take: Kobe Bryant is not an MVP.
