FL's Take: I expect the announcement that Sam is signed shortly after 6 pm when he clears waivers. He will practice on Tuesday and play on Wednesday against the Pistons. Doc will have to be careful because he may want to depend too much on him against Billups before he is familiar with the system.

FL's Take: I love it. Perk had a couple of textbook blocks in this game. I hope he continues to play aggressively like he has in the past two games. I hope his eye is ok. He took a shot against the Hawks and his eye was obviously swollen during his post game interview. We don't need him to be injured just as he is hitting his stride.

FL's Take: While everyone was waiting for Barry's decision, I knew that he would be going back to the Spurs. It was pretty obvious that there was a deal in place for him to return to the Spurs but they had to make it look like he was deciding among the teams or they would have had another situation like in Dallas with Stackhouse. He was always going back to the Spurs.
