Herald Pierce, C's flatten Indy FL's Take: I wouldn't exactly call it flattening them. The Pacers hung with the Celtics pretty much most of the game, including going up by 11 in the second quarter and coming back to take a lead in the fourth at 86-84. The Celtics played flat for much of the game and woke up at the end to put the game away. Knicks, Celts get ready for round 3 FL's Take: Hopefully the rivalry between these two teams will be enough to get the Celtics fired up for this game. The Knicks are certainly going to come out strong because they have been embarrassed twice and there is no love lost between these two teams. Pierce's double double leads Boston past Indiana We hear.... FL's Take: Congratulations to KG and Brandi! It's a baby boom in Boston!! Globe Celtics setting the pace Allen's optimism is guarded FL's Take: It would be nice to have Ray's contributions to the Celtics success recognized by being named an All Star, but in all honesty, his ankles could probably use the rest more. I am concerned with Perk's shoulder. Hopefully it won't be a recurring thing. NY Daily News Q Rich says Knicks still not in awe of Celtics despite blowouts FL's Take: Is this guy crazy coming out with statements like this before they play the Celtics? Does he want to give the Celtics motivation to beat them? Lots of sour grapes coming out of New York. He has taken his game to another level lately. Hopefully he won't hit the sophomore slump and will continue to play this way the rest of the season. After announcing the segment, he said "Go Lakers." That was a pretty classless thing to do, in my opinion. Celtics Now is letting him promote his movie on their show and he does that. Very classless. I am surprised they left it in there. Hoopsworld Celtics await Knicks in final game before break
