FL's Take: I agree with Doc that the team, and Pierce especially, need to keep their emotions in check. There are plenty of teams who would be happy to sacrifice a bench player for Pierce or one of the Celtics stars. We can't afford that against most teams. Chalk this up to another learning experience.

FL's Take: I think it is great that Doc will get to coach the All Star game. He will have at least one Celtic on the team with him. I also think that Rondo and Big Baby should make the Rookie and Sophomore teams. Should be a fun weekend for the Celtics, although resting might be better for all of them.

FL's Take: I just don't see Kobe as the MVP. He was ready to throw his team under the bus this off season and that is not a team player. But then again, I really dislike Kobe Bryant. KG is making a much better case as MVP.

FL's Take: While I was very happy to see Gerald win last year, I think Dwight Howard got robbed. He had one of the best dunks in the contest and got beat out by Nate Robinson just because he is short. I would love to see Gerald repeat but think Howard deserves a chance too. As for the other two, they will have to get really creative to beat either Green or Howard.

FL's Take: I hate to break it to Isiah, but they need a whole lot more than a Kevin Garnett. They need a new coach to start with. Even if KG went to New York they would find some way of ruining him and losing anyway. Very sad.
