Here are the comments found around the Knicks' boards. Knicks fans sure do have a lot to say.

This is a very interesting rematch only because the Celtics beat them so bad but everyone knows the knciks are not that bad .

At some point in the game you will see House,Posey,Scalabrine,Davis on the floor and you cannot allow them to beat you in fact if I was isiah I would call a timeout and pull my bench over and and really try and fire them up at that point .Ive noticed that often times the Bos bench basically comes in and soaks up fouls for the big three and the teams that beat them are able to force the big three to play more minutes and pick up those fouls themselves

Knicks 8.5 point dogs at home vs Celtics. Worst part is I think its fair. Does anyone think we will come within 4 points of winning after getting killed last time we met.

I think we will see a highly motivated Knick team today and may actually win. Boston hasn't been quite as sharp lately and a 1pm start time definitely favors the home guys.
Rondo is hurt and Marbury is gone our advantage. If we can stay within 10 points after the 1st period I think we gotta a chance.

Use those two to relentlessly attack Boston's interior guys; because once you get past Kevin Garnett, Kendrick Perkins, and Glen Davis the Celtics front court gets incredibly thin.

Because I live in New England, I have to watch the Celtics telecast of the game , but when curry was at the line tommy heinson said that eddy curry doesn't like the free throw line, but he loves the buffet line. Just another joke on our team.

WOW! As soon as eddy comes back Perkins starts going off again. And he's making ALL of his free throws which he's usually terrible at.

Garnett is such a stupid big mouth and Breen, it has nothing to do with intensity when you are clapping on the ground and acting like a jerk...

That's just a smart tactic by Garnett, he puts **** fear in people when he does that, that' sll defensive intensity, that he does every **** game. I drool for the day the Knicks have a defensive presence like him.

Pierce is all talk. One of my most hated players in the NBA because he tries to intimidate you with his mouth. Hes gonna be in for a big surprise in the playoffs, like he always is.

We cant talk about KG when we have the players we have. Our last All Star player was Houston and Spree about 8 years ago. We have no right to bash other All Stars like KG.

Stop the Garnett love. Before the year everybody in the media called him a loser now he can't do anything wrong. Same old story with the bandwagon. He has always been a poser and if other guys would do what he did (clapping on the floor and that BS) then Breen and company would hate him. But hey it's the great KG who just got compared to Duncan by Breen. Newsflash: Duncan has four rings, how many has Garnett?!?

He is a good player, great talent but a showboater, a big mouth and a career loser, plain and simple.

KG is 5 times the player anybody on the Knicks is. We could only dream of having a player like KG one day. People want to hate KG for showboating, who cares? The guy is unstoppable and his team is winning mainly because of him. He plays defense, he is uneslfish, and he is one of the most talented players in the league.

One thing I notice.. I just don't think ray Allen enjoys all of that yapping, he is a player... Just play, and shut up.. Talk after you get ring..

Look, KG is a clown but he's also a top 5 player. You cant front on that. I lost a lot of respect for the guy over the last year or so, but the man is a future HOFer and probably the most talented 7-footer ever to play the game.

The lip on the court and the taunting of opponents will get them in trouble during the remainder of this season....Isiah will go get Artest this week ...He was disgusted after the Eddie House jumper and how he taunted David Lee!

Trust me, if we had the Celtics team, their record and their players, we would act just as cocky as the Celtics fans. We would find joy out of kicking a teams a** and having our players talk shyt to the other team.

Celtics are talented....No doubt, but they are annoying to watch...EVERY basket Pierce, KG, House and others (all really except Rondo & Ray-Ray) pose and taunt the opponent....You can't keep doing that! That is just a competitive fact of life!

Ray is a special person from what I have heard.. I like that cat...

You guys are getting on kg for no reason at all other than he beat us today. You know if we had him his "trash talk" would be no problem. He loves this game so much and wants to win so badly and it shows out there. I wish we had a guy like him on our team (psycho T maybe? Go get him isiah). The talking he does is because he's so passionate. I have NO PROBLEM with the way kg acts. In fact, I like it. It even makes our players care more. I wish we played trash talkers every game maybe then we would show some passion and aggressiveness. When kg slaps the floor he's doing it to pump himself and his teammates up, he's not doing it to show the other team up. I give kg much props for the way he's played in the nba throughout his career. He works and tries sooo hard and never complains. Kg is the ultimate player you want on your team. Don't front guys, he may be on the opposing team, but you'd trade our whole squad for a guy like that.

All I know is Isiah was NOT happy with the Celtics constant yapping and taunting and I bet that is what he was talking to Joey Crawford about! Anytime he puts in Karate James you know he wants some hard fouls!

Another thing about Boston is that their swagger is what helps them win games. They feed off of eachother and their intensity from their leader KG, gives them motivation. New York doesn't have an inforcer like that who is good on the court at the same time. We wish we had somebody who could talk the talk but walk the walk.

If you havent won **** like that clown Pierce has, you better not talk trash.
I don't mind the Boston team, but its Paul Pierce who I have absolutely no respect for and don't like. He pissed me off for years with his constant mouthing off and reached a boiling point with his choke on no reason on Crawford in the preseason.
Thankfully Boston has KG and Allen to rely on in the playoffs because Pierce fades away come that time. Biggest moment was him getting thrown out vs the Pacers on the Tinsley foul. Walker had to lead the team and bail them out.

Look -- it is quite simple - healthy HOF players in their prime do not lead their team to the lottery 2 consecutive years. That is how I roll.
I like KG and he has mad game, but in truth, he is the "superstar" who needs other players to elevate him to wins. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

If KG was a selfish player he could carry a team.
Basically you are saying KG isn't a superstar because he plays basketball the right way.
The ONLY thing you can rip KG for is that he disappears when it matters most at the end of games.

Do you think anyone would find fault with a little trash talking from Kobe or shaq? Or Kidd or Billups? I doubt it, but the constant posing, talking, and mess that I see going on with Boston is over the top, especially when they haven't done a thing... Whyis that hard to see?

There is nothing wrong with a little jawing in heated games that have meaning, but everytime I see the camera I see garnett with his over the top antics,and pierce jawing and yet, when winning time hits the table, I mean taking it to the next round, the next step, these guys have seemed to fall short.. That to me is irritating... But lets be real. How good were pierce and garnetts teams last year? It is funny when losing, these guys were awful damn quiet...
