December 25, 2006 Merry Christmas to everyone in the Celtics Nation. Celtics have the best fans in the world and I would like to take this time to wish you all a very merry Christmas and that all your wishes come true this Christmas season.
Not much going on in the news today but here are the links for those of you like me who have to have your Celtics fix every day, even Christmas.
Celtics Dancers are full of Holiday Cheer.
The Herald focuses on Tony Allen and his improved play of late. He is working on his focus and says he is never satisfied with his play, always wanting to improve.
The Globe reports on the Celtics gift giving this holiday season. Seems like the PS3 is the gift to give for the players this season.
RealGM has a good piece from Elrod Enchilada that gives a brief assessment of each of our youngsters. He shares my love of players who play hard, play defense, and rebound.
South Coast Today has a piece that tells us that all the Celtics want for Christmas is their two scorers back. I think I would rather have our young guys step up than having Pierce back. I think it is actually a good thing to have Pierce and Wally out to give kids who need it more playing time to develop. Now if Doc would just play the guys who need to develop.
That's it for today. Have a wonderful Christmas day with family and friends!! Unfortunately if you need an NBA fix you have to settle for the Lakers and Heat. I remember when it was the Lakers and Celtics every Christmas day. The time is coming soon when the Celtics will be one of the top teams.
