Delonte Gets the Point

I kind of thought as much from Delonte's quote in the Globe article this morning but Shira confirms my suspicions in the Globe Blog: Delonte will start at the point tonight. Even though spped wise, Telfair could stay with Iverson, he doesn't defend well enough to cover him. The Nuggets have a 1-2 punch at PG because when Iverson comes out, Boykins will come in. Boykins was the leading scorer in their last game with Iverson close behind. We are going to need defense from our points the entire game. If Doc is smart he will give Rondo more minutes tonight for defensive purposes. Tonight's starting lineup figures to be West, Allen, Green, Gomes and Jefferson.
