Wow, I'm feeling good about Telfair's chances here in Boston. I think he'll put in the commitment to be the best PG he can be and make it work. I just hope Doc keeps the ball in his hands. The days of Pierce having to create his shots and his teammates shots must be done away with. Pierce shouldn't be driving into the paint on a double team, looking to find Raef or Delonte on a kickout anymore. This should be Telfair and Rajon's responsibility. Pierce now must become good at allowing our PG's to get him the ball.

This will help to curb our turnovers. Pierce has been among the worst in the league in TO's (Blount was #1 at one point), and that's because he had to do a lot of ball handling. He must now adjust his game even more to allow Telfair and Rondo to set him up. This means he will have to move with the ball, and cut to the basket when they drive to the hole--and especially get out on the fastbreaks. All our teammates must commit to the running game.
